Luke wants to make sure that he provides a safe and positive environment for his players where they are given the opportunity to achieve and develop to their full potential. Some key elements he likes to focus on with his team involve integrity, respect and responsibility all while honouring the sport of volleyball. Developing good character, teamwork skills, communication, and accountability are things that can prepare youth for not just volleyball, but life later on. As a player and coach, he combines his passion for youth and volleyball to create an accepting environment where having fun and playing competitive volleyball go hand in hand in hopes that each player will come out of the season a better version of themselves.
