FOG Black U16 Men had a FANTASTIC group of athletes this season. They stayed together, supported each other and pulled through to finish in the top 4 in the province in 2 premiers.

After finding out what they needed to work on technically and tactically, and with a more positive approach to our game mentality, the guys soared to finish the 2024 Nationals with a gold medal and an amazing 8-1 record, reaching their absolute peak performances of the season!

Displaying a high maturity level, a ton of heart, and discipline in key moments of the game, they brought home the win against Saskatchewan #1, Quebec #2 and #3, and Manitoba #5 just to mention a few.

This season was extremely successful developmentwise which is the end goal but ending up with a nice piece of gold hardware around their necks just helped put the cherry on top.

"This is a very special group of young men! It was an absolute pleasure to guide them and see them mature as athletes this year" said head coach Gustavo Tenorio.

The U17 season is already around the corner. Go FOG!!
