Congratulations to our FOG Black U16 team as they captured the bronze medal in Division 2 over the weekend, April 27-28, 2024 in Edmonton!

After finishing 2nd in their pool on Saturday, the FOG Black U16 team faced off in a tight match against the Panthers, where FOG won 2-1 and earned a spot on the championship side. 

The team faced off against Nooks in the quarter-final round and won 2-0, but lost the semi-final match against SAC Grizzlies 2-1. 

To earn the bronze, they once again played another tight match against DCV Smash. After losing the first set, the girls staged a comeback to win the second and third set to grab the bronze medal! 

Congratulations ladies! A great way to end the Premier series in Alberta and prepare for Nationals at the end of May!
