FOG School/Club Prep Camp is geared towards boys and girls trying out for their Junior High volleyball team as well as Club teams in the upcoming club season.

The idea is to help volleyball athletes build a foundation to their skills (basic movements, posture, platform, setting, attacking - timing and proper contact with the ball).
