FOG U16 Boys are having an Open House. Come chat with the coach for the 2023-2024 season!

Open house is an information session where we will break a larger group in smaller groups of 10 or 12 athletes, if there is a high interest. The athletes will have a chat with the coach and some light gym activity for about 1 hour and leave so another group can start. If you are available for both days, sign up for both and you will be assigned one day and time slot. This will give the coach the opportunity to give more attention to everyone.
Price: $10 per athlete per session to cover gym costs.
Cash payable at the door.
Who: Who: open to un-signed U16 boys wishing to play U16 during the 2023-2024 season .
- Athletes born from September 2007 to Dec 2008 (16 months).
